HOW DO I ORDER?
All orders are made via our secure online payment facility. All you need to do is choose what items you want to purchase and click on the “add to shopping bag” button next to it. When you’ve finished, head to the check-out where we will provide you a total cost including shipping. Click the “pay now” button, and you will be directed to our secure online payment facility where you can use your credit or charge card. For other payment methods, see below.
HOW DO I PAY?
Online: You can pay online via our secure merchant facility, which is the fastest and most reliable method. If you are uncomfortable with this method, you can contact us via email or telephone to order or pay. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Direct deposit: Please email us if you are paying via direct deposit.As soon as the payment is cleared (approximately 24 hours) we will send you your order. Payment must be received by us within 3 working days of the order date, otherwise the order will be cancelled. Our details are:

We cannot take responsibility for payments that do not reach us, therefore we suggest you use Registered Post. Cheques will take 4 working days to clear before we can dispatch your order. Payment must be made out in Australian Dollars.
DO YOU POST INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. The postage costs will be calculated for you once you select the postal destination. GST is not applicable for international orders, and the total GST amount (10% of item rrp) will be refunded immediatley to your credit card after purchase.
Be aware that some countries charge import taxes or specific fees for items ordered from other overseas. Please contact the relevant bodies in your own country in regards to any applicable charges. Delivery time depends on your location, but delivery should not take more than 10 business days.
HOW LONG FOR DELIVERY?
For regular post orders within Australia will be within 4-5 working days. For overseas customers it will be approximately 10 working days. We no longer offer Express post as, coming from a rural region of Australia, items still take 3-4 days to be delivered at a significant increase in postage costs to the customer.
I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASED PRODUCT. CAN I RETURN IT?
Of course. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will exchange it for another product or brand of equal value and send it to you as soon as we receive the product you are not happy with. Please check our returns policy.
WHY ARE SOME PRODUCTS NOTED AS HAVING ORGANIC INGREDIENTS WHILE OTHERS THAT ALSO HAVE ORGANIC INGREDIENTS LISTED ARE NOT NOTED?
We only note those which have certified organic ingredients or are a complete certified organic product. Many of our brands DO contain organic ingredients (see the ingredients listing under the product description), and while that is a great step, we feel those who have worked hard to obtain certification should be emphasized. Most of our brands are working towards complete organic certification, but as you know, this takes time and money, so everyone is doing what they can.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY PURCHASED PRODUCTS?
All products should be kept under 25ºC and out of direct sunlight, especially natural ond organic ones. Some people like to keep their moisturizers, toners and hydrosols in the fridge too, and it’s very refreshing in the hot summer months!
IS THERE A USE-BY DATE?
Yes, as do all cosmetic products on the market. Because natural skin care doesn’t use synthetic chemical preservatives they have a tendency to have a shorter shelf-life. However, most of our products have a two year life span straight from a freshly made batch, so chances are it would be used up by then! Check the use-by date stamped on your product. You can still use them after the use-by date, but you will not get optimal results.
