We collect data on our members (such as name, postal address and favourite items) to improve our customer service to you. If you choose to notify us of you date of birth we may use that information for special birthday offers and so on.
You can access your own details at any time by using your login and password. You may update or edit these details at any time. Any other information you provide such as reviews, testimonials or surveys are used by us and only us to improve our service and website.
Payments
When you pay with your credit card, your card details are not viewed by us or by any person except you, at any time during the transaction. They are encrypted and passed directly to the Bank through our security provider eMatters. We do not retain your credit card details.
