Shipping

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items in your shopping cart. You can check how much shipping will cost at any time – just add the products you want to purchase to your Shopping Cart, the click on "Calculate Postage".

Items are dispatched at 2pm each business day. If your order reaches us after 2pm, it will be dispatched the next working day. You will receive your purchase in approximately 4 working days after dispatch. We use Australia Post.

Local Delivery
If you are local to the Byron Bay region, postage on any order will be a flat-rate fee of just $3! This applies to all the following postcodes: 2478, 2479, 2480, 2481, 2482, 2483 and 2484. Once you have entered your shipping details, including your postcode, the shipping fee will be automatically adjusted.

Express Post
If you need your order extra fast make sure you select Express Post when you place your order. In Australia you will have it within 24 - 48 hours from dispatch. Overseas express orders should take no longer than 1 week.

International delivery
Depending on where you are located, delivery will be approximately 10 business days after dispatch. Overseas express orders should take no longer than 1 week.

Some countries (the UK , EU and others) charge customs fees or import duties on items ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility not set by Bare Naked Beauty. Please contact the relevant body in your home country in regards to these specific fees.
